Tracking creator metrics was always a chaotic and fragmented process, with brands juggling between multiple tools. The alternative to using Fleet was hiring VA's to manually gather data daily and present them via Google Sheets.
By working closely with the development team and gathering input from users, I iterated on the design to improve usability and functionality - prioritizing only the stats that were most important to our core customers.
